iCo Therapeutics to Present at Major Biotechnology Conference

Vancouver, Canada – iCo Therapeutics Inc. announced today that Andrew Rae, iCo’s Chief Executive Officer, will present at the Business Forum to be held in conjunction with the 2006 BIO International Annual Convention taking place April 9-12th at the McCormick Place Convention Center, Chicago, Illinois. BIO is the largest industry gathering with approximately 20,000 attendees from more than 60 countries.

iCo Therapeutics will be one of 275 biotechnology companies from around the world presenting to potential investors, representatives from academic research institutes, and prospective corporate partners.

Mr. Rae’s presentation will take place on Tuesday, April 11th at 5:00pm in room E, level 3 of McCormick Center South. For more information about the business forum, visit the conference website at http://www.business-forum.bio.org.

iCo seeks out and develops or modifies approved or near-approved therapies to treat a variety of conditions within isolated biological environments. Because the drugs have already been through extensive preclinical and clinical testing, and in some cases regulatory approval, development risk and time to commercialization is significantly decreased.
